Pricing Errors and cancellation of orders from Online Gift 2 Nepal
Online Gift 2 Nepal reserves the right to cancel an order any time before it has been shipped at the following mentioned conditions.
1. By mistake if an incorrect price has been mentioned in website. We will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order.
2. Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card of the issuing bank.
Please Note:
1. The issuance of an order number or the receipt of the confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that an order will be fulfilled.
2. If cusotmers dedices to cancel the order before it is shipped then Online Gift 2 Nepal will deduct 25% of the full amount. And only 75% of the actual paid amount will be refunded.

Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, you can change the delivery address if and only if, the item is not been delivered yet (that is usually within 12 hours). If the item has been already delivered then we will suggest you to collect the item from the address mentioned in your order.
I have not received my order?
We always deliver our products to the address mentioned in the order. So be sure to indicate the complete and correct address to be delivered when you are placing your order.
Online Gift 2 Nepal is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the product, please contact our Customer care department at sales@onlinegift2nepal.com (be sure to note your order number and email address and verify the correct mailing address).
Our customer care team will check our record to determine when your order was processed and shipped.
